We ship printed books with reliable logistics providers. The delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout depending on the delivery location and the quantity of products ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time within Slovenia is 2-4 working days. In case of delays or exceptional circumstances, we will notify you by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Digital products (e.g. PDF files) are delivered immediately after a successful order - either by email or as a direct download from the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All payments are secure and processed through certified payment providers. You will receive a confirmation email after a successful transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All orders are processed only after full payment has been received. We do not offer cash on delivery or personal collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the customer does not take delivery of the physical product (e.g. on delivery or at the collection point), this does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract. The right of withdrawal only takes effect from the date of receipt of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In such cases, the contract will remain in force. Failure to take delivery shall be considered as a breach of the Buyer's contractual obligations, as the product has been dispatched in accordance with the confirmed order. The legal relationship is governed by the Code of Obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
